Mission Fit Isolation
Isolation class working on single joint exercises working on isolation specific muscle groups. Creating greater stress and stimulation, forcing them to make the body compositional adaptations.
Boogie books (0-5 years)
Interactive class involving storytelling, nursery rhymes, movement and play. The class aims to improve children’s social skills, listening skills and independence.
Baby Ballet (2.5 – 5 years)
Learn the fundamental ballet steps in a fun & relaxed environment. The ballet class will improve children’s coordination, balance, social skills and independence.

Circuit and equipment-based class designers to build muscular endurance, cardiovascular conditioning and help torch additional calories.

Bodyweight style class working on conditioning, form, control, stamina and burning calories.
Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold is perfect for the active older adult whether you are 55 or 105! It has all the fun of a regular Zumba class but less stress on the joints and the heart. Come along meet new people and enjoy the party atmosphere. See you on the dance floor!
Gentle Movement Class (Free)
The class is an hour long and is hosted by staff who are now MacMillan Volunteers. Gentle Movement classes are aimed to help people dealing with or have been affected by cancer take part in physical activity. This class is suitable for anyone with a long-term health condition Gentle movement classes are free of charge and involve a mixture of Thai Chi and Chi Gong which include gentle breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. The Classes will run weekly.

Pilates
Tired of sitting all day in the office? Do your body a favour and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart rate up. Your body will thank you for it!
Hatha Yoga
During the Hatha Yoga class session students will learn each week different breathing exercises, yoga stretches, positive thinking and relaxation. The techniques used can help improve confidence, self-esteem, identify & regulate emotions whether they be positive or not so positive and be able to relax in varies settings, as well as giving your whole body a very good stretch & strengthening workout.

KSC Health Walk (Free)
Everyone welcome. This will be a weekly event at KSC. Health walkers can enjoy a whole range of benefits including increased fitness, improved mood and increased social interactions with local people and the local area. Walking requires no special equipment or expense and is the ideal way for most people to become more active.
